London High Court: Will Smith Is Not A Nazi

The Internet rumors that Will Smith is a secret Nazi can now be put to rest.

The actor has claimed victory in a libel case against London-based World Entertainment News Network Limited, which reported that Smith called Adolph Hitler a "good person." Smith's lawyer, Rachel Atkins, successfully argued at the British High Court that the news organization "wholly misrepresents" an interview her client gave to a Scottish newspaper. The defendant paid unspecified damages.

So say it again: Will Smith is not a Nazi. There, we all feel better now.
