Eliot Spitzer Call Girl Claims 'Girls Gone Wild' Exploited Her

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the call girl at the center of the sex scandal with former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, has filed a lawsuit in Miami district court claiming that Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis is trying to "exploit Ms. Dupré’s image and likeness for their own financial gain at the emotional and physical expense of Ms. Dupré."

According to the $10 million lawsuit, reps from Francis' Mantra Films gave the then-17-year-old alcohol and "induced her into exposing her breasts while being filmed." Dupre says because she was 17, she was "not legally competent to enter into a contract."

Francis begs to differ. He issued a statement today in response to the lawsuit. "“We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupré filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild," says Francis. "We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupré, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18.  It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification."

Francis also points out that the $1 million offered to Dupre was more than Spitzer gave her.
