Lindsay Lohan's Trouble With Bodyguards

Posted by Eriq Gardner

Lohan Some celebrities sue their former employees. Others get sued by the hired help.

Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard David Kim claims in a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that he's owed $55,000 from past work performed for the actress. The money not only covers Kim's $4000-a-week rate but also the cost of damages to the plaintiff's borrowed car, which is alleged to have been wrecked after Lohan's driver, Jazz, made an illegal right turn to avoid the paparazzi.

Coincidentally, it was only two weeks ago that a judge ordered Lindsay's mom/manager Dina to pay $300,000 to another former bodyguard, Antonio Almeida, who was owed money he lent her to kick-start daughter Lindsay's music career.
