Meet Sam Adam, the Man Who Freed R. Kelly

Posted by Eriq Gardner

Adamsam_3 Watch out, Mark Geragos. There may be a new go-to lawyer for celebrities in the cross-hairs of the law.

R&B crooner R. Kelly has been set free, but the big winner in the case could be Sam Adam Jr., a Chicago lawyer who is now getting superstar-in-the-making props from the Chicago Tribune .

Boasting a 42-8 trial record, the paper recounts his sweaty, boisterous closing argument, "filled with pop culture references, biblical quotations and a glimpse at how much the trial's outcome meant to him personally."

Adam Jr. is said to have a "special relationship with jurors," which should translate to repeat performances on the shows of Nancy Grace, Larry King, and Greta Van Susteren.

Welcome to the entertainment industry, Sam.

This just goes to show one thing, and it's NOT that this lawyer is all that; it's that money talks. R Kelly and Mr. Adam, here, couldn't agree with me more. (Isn't that right, R and Sam?) And for the rest of you who have the money, it's okay to engage in sexual activity with young girls, so GO DO IT!! (Isn't that right, R and Sam?)
