No Criminal Charges In Heath Ledger Death Inquiry

No need to call in the big lawyers or Bob Sagat. Mary-Kate Olsen is safe.

Federal prosecutors are dropping their criminal inquiry into the death of Heath Ledger. Olsen's lawyers told investigators she didn't know how Ledger got the painkillers that contributed to his death and rather than use a court subpoena, they've decided to move on.
