On Advice From Counsel, Mary-Kate Olsen No Longer Talking About Heath Ledger Death

Olsenmarykate Things are heating up between Mary-Kate Olsen and federal investigators probing the death of Heath Ledger.

Authorities want Olsen to talk about the two painkillers that Ledger took, and how he got them, but Olsen's lawyer, Michael C. Miller, has put the kibosh on further cooperation. Authorities have reportedly obtained a subpoena forcing Olsen to appear before a grand jury if negotiations with her lawyer fail. Olsen, however, could plead the fifth.

I heard she is pleading the fifth, or asking for immunity, which kind of makes her sound guilty. Let's hope it all works out.
