Keeping abreast of the latest claim against Fox News

By Eriq Gardner

Foxnewslogo You'd think a professional corporate communications consultant would know better than to agree to an interview about having breast surgery. But then again, people agree to odd things where there's a TV camera involved.

Conilyn Judge agreed to go on Fox News to talk about how her breast augmentation allegedly went horribly wrong. She's now suing the cable station, as well as her plastic surgeon, after Fox allegedly aired nude before-and-after-photos of the surgery.

Here's the complaint, filed in Utah district court.

The lawsuit says that Fox's "Plastic Surgery Nightmares" aired on January 31, 2008 and was seen by approximately 83,000 viewers. The story was also posted on the network's website.

Judge claims that Fox didn't get her authorization to post the photographs. She's alleging publicity of private facts, false light, intrusion upon seclusion, and negligence. She is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive damages.
