WatchmenWatch: Status conference postponed; settlement near?

This morning's scheduled status conference in the "Watchmen" case has been postponed until next week, leading us to wonder if a settlement is near. We've heard rumblings over the past couple days that the talks have heated up, but we've heard that before and this case keeps getting nastier and nastier. Neither Fox nor Warner Bros. is talking.
